The Collection was started 30 years ago by Les Skipsey and Gavin Halkett but has grown to its current size with the help of dozens of individuals over the decades. It is one of Western Canada’s most complete collections of educational texts dating back to the 1800s. It also includes various memorabilia, priceless artifacts, old photographs and early teaching aids.
